Miguel Bengla, Beckwith Electric Southeast Sales Manager

Largo, Florida – February 19, 2018 – Beckwith Electric announces the addition of Miguel Bengla as the Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast United States. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

In his new position, Mr. Bengla is responsible for overseeing the sales activities in the Southeast United States for Beckwith Electric’s protection, automation, and control technology. He will help define customer needs and assist in refining these needs down to specific product functional and technical requirements. He will work closely supporting our sales representatives in the Southeast including the states of Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

Mr. Bengla has more than 15 years of engineering and sales experience in commercial, industrial and electric utility markets. Before joining Beckwith Electric, Mr. Bengla was with Advanced Control Systems as the Business Development Director and was responsible for sales and account management to the electric power industry. Prior to Advanced Control Systems, he held various positions for over 9 years at Efacec Advanced Control Systems, including Substation Protection and Control Solutions Specialist, Account Manager, and Proposals Manager. Mr. Bengla earned a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, Portugal.
