M-2995
M-2995 Capacitor Control Cabinet
The M-2995 Automatic Low Voltage Trip Circuit augments the capabilities of the M-6280A Capacitor Bank Control by providing an Automatic Low Voltage Trip Circuit that monitors the Line-in Voltage and causes the capacitor bank switches to open when the Line-in voltage decreases to less than 85 Vac.
The Automatic Low Voltage Trip Circuit feature operates in conjunction with the M-6280A Capacitor Bank Control (M-6280A not included in M-2995, the control must be configured separately), in that the Open, Close and Low Voltage Open signals are actuated through the M-2995 circuit.
The Automatic Low Voltage Trip Circuit components are located in the rear of the M-2995 Control Cabinet. The M-2995 Automatic Low Voltage Trip Circuit is not a field installed feature and must be designated at the time of M-6280A Digital Capacitor Bank Control order. The M-2995 is also available with an open hole for direct cabling or an optional five pin Cannon connector for LV signals and a two pin connector for 120 V PT power.
