When a DNP Binary Event occurs in the M-7679 R-PAC, is it time stamped?

Yes. The DNP protocol includes time stamped variants of all point data objects. This allows the user to build a sequence of events in the Scada even with a non-periodic polling and see with accurate timestamp the events occurred between polls.
