Attendee List

An attendee list will be provided at the event. No mass mailings or emails of attendees are permitted, unless the attendees have opted in to them by signup at your exhibit booth.

Attendee Seminar Bags

If you choose to insert promotional materials into the seminar attendee bags, please contact us online to let us know you are participating and include a description of the item(s). There is no additional cost for this.

Attending Seminar Sessions

Registration is required for any exhibitors wishing to attend seminar proceedings (including meals). Exhibitors receive up to two seminar registrations at 15% off.

On the exhibit registration form, you can let us know if you plan to attend any sessions of the Protection & Control Seminar. If you have already registered, please contact us online to let us know if you plan to attend any sessions. This does NOT automatically register you for the seminar sessions. We will contact you with information on how to get registered.

Badges
  • No badges will be mailed in advance of the seminar.
  • Badges are available onsite at the Protection & Control Seminar Help Desk or provided at your booth.

120 volt power delivery is available. Please see the “Order Venue Services” section for more information.

Exhibit Space
  • 8×10′ exhibit space
    • 6-ft draped table & 2 chairs, no back/side drapes.
    • Ballroom is carpeted and electricity is available.
    • If you have a larger display and would prefer not to have a table, please inform us ahead of time and we will accommodate this as space allows.
  • Your exhibit space will be clearly marked with your company name for set-up.
  • There are no booth numbers. Booths will have a placard with your company name on it. Any shipments will be placed at your booth location.

Hands-on Testing Lab Breakout Sessions

If your company is facilitating at the Hands-on Testing Lab Breakout Sessions, please let us know by using the facilitator registration to have badges and lab materials prepared before your arrival. Click here for Facilitator registration.

Lead Retrieval
  • All exhibitors will receive a list of registered attendees at the seminar.
  • There are no lead retrieval device rental options at the seminar.

 

Meals

Exhibitors are invited to breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.

The breakfast and lunch during the entire seminar week are optimized for the number of registered seminar attendees only.

Exhibitors who also register to attend sessions will receive daily breakfast and lunch as part of their registration.

Offsite Meetings

You are welcome to plan offsite meetings with attendees on the following days. Please do NOT plan any offsite meetings during the Tuesday Hospitality & Demo Expo.
