• To assure your seat, please complete registration as early as possible.
• Registration Deadline: Friday, July 5, 2024, 5:00 PM EST
• Seminar Cost: $1,420 per person
  • Registration includes breakfast, lunch, and evening activities.
  • Attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations and for all lodging costs. Cancellation of hotel reservations and/or any travel expenses incurred are the responsibility of each individual.
• After your online registration is submitted, you will receive an email with a registration confirmation and receipt.

Registration Type Options:

• Registering Multiple Attendees and Group Discount:
  • 12% group discount is offered for two or more attendees from the same organization. Please note, you must register all attendees from one organization together to qualify for the discount.
  • Looking to register multiple attendees? It is easy for one person to register multiple attendees at the same time.
• Companion Guest Pass:
  • If you plan on traveling with a family member, spouse or significant other, each guest needs to purchase a “Companion Guest Pass” if planning to attend breakfast and lunch with you.
  • The Companion Guest Pass is $200 and includes breakfast and lunch for each day of the seminar, plus all evening activities. The seminar meals are optimized for the number of registered attendees and guests only. This is to ensure that we order enough food plus seating.
  •  The Companion Guest Pass can be added at time of attendee registration, or added to your registration later.

Registration Payment Options:

• Our online registration system accepts payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
• If you require payment via a check or invoice you can still register online, please select the “Offline” payment option during registration. Payment must be received by Beckwith Electric prior to the start of the seminar.

  • Payment must be received on or before July 5, 2024, to attend.

Seminar Registration Terms and Conditions

Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy

• Substitute attendees are welcome at no additional charge with prior notice.
• Cancellations before Friday, July 5, 2024, 5:00 PM EST, will be refunded 90% of the registration fee.
• Cancellations after Friday, July 5, 2024, 5:00 PM EST, will not be eligible for a refund but may send someone in the registered attendee’s place.

Cancellations & Substitutions

• Please note that refunds past 90 days will be issued via mailed check, which may take up to 60 days to process.

Additional Seminar Registration Information

Seminar information is subject to change. Check this website regularly to confirm seminar details. Beckwith Electric reserves the right to make changes in programs or speakers, and to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met. Beckwith Electric’s liability is limited to refund of registration fees. If, for any reason, the Protection & Control Seminar should be canceled, Beckwith Electric will refund the registration fee. Beckwith Electric is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs.
